This role is crucial in delivering excellent support to Danishspeaking users of our online platform. Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality support to Danishspeaking users through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their queries and resolving issues with the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to user accounts and platform functionalities expediently.
  • Educate users on navigating the platform and utilizing its features to enhance their experience.
  • Carefully document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to maintain a record of service quality.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify common user issues and recommend improvements to the platform.
  • Stay updated on any changes or new features of the platform to provide timely and accurate support.
  • Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Danish and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
      • Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in an online environment.
      • Understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
      • Strong problemsolving abilities and a dedicated customer service mentality.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
      • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting.
