Salesforce Tech Lead | Day-to-Day

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and advanced automations.
Serve as the primary technical authority, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Design and implement REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems and data sources.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical oversight, code reviews, and skills development.
Drive performance tuning, scalability planning, and solution optimization for large-scale implementations.
Collaborate with global teams of analysts, project managers, and developers to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce solution design and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and automation tools.
