Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Time Tracking & Time Off)

Location: Pan India

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

Minimum 7 years of handson SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience.
Proven expertise in Time Tracking (Employee Central Time Management) and Time Off Leave Management (mandatory).
Strong understanding of HR processes, time management compliance, and statutory timerelated regulations.
Ability to configure business rules, workflows, Manage Data Framework (MDF) objects, and custom fields.
Experience with integrations involving SAP ECC S4HANA, middleware (e.g., SAP PIPO, CPI), or thirdparty systems.
Excellent problemsolving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technicalconfiguration solutions.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (preferred).
