Ren Payments by Euronet Worldwide provides a payments ecosystem that enables payments industry leaders to evolve, grow, and respond to the needs and speed of the digital age. We are seeking an elite Senior Sales Executive to lead sales in the USA of our modern credit issuing platform. This is a highimpact role for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in revolving credit, commercial credit, BNPL, and embedded finance who can leverage industry relationships to drive aggressive revenue growth.

You will target banks, fintechs, and processors in the domestic U.S., particularly those looking to modernize legacy credit issuing systems or expand into new credit offerings. The ideal candidate is a Sales Athlete—relentless in pursuit of results, strategic in approach, and able to navigate complex sales cycles at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities;

Drive Market Penetration in Credit Issuing:

  • Develop and execute a focused gotomarket strategy for Ren targeting Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, large fintechs, and enterprise processors in the U.S.
  • Focus on highvalue opportunities in revolving credit, commercial credit, BNPL, blockchainstablecoinlinked payments, early wage access, and healthcarepayrolllinked cards.
    • Leverage Industry Network:

      • Utilize a robust network of decisionmakers in banking and fintech to secure highvalue meetings and accelerate pipeline growth.
      • Target senior executives, product leaders, and digital transformation decisionmakers.
        • Aggressive Outbound Execution:

          • Maintain a disciplined outbound sales cadence with measurable weekly activity goals.
          • Qualify prospects quickly, move opportunities through the funnel efficiently, and close deals that align with revenue targets.
            • Consultative Solution Selling:

              • Assess complex client needs, particularly around migrating from legacy credit systems, and position phased, derisked modernization strategies.
              • Tailor solutions to align with each client’s technical and business requirements.

                      • Represent the company at targeted industry events and client forums.
                        • Requirements

                          • Proven Track Record in Credit Issuing Sales: Minimum 5+ years in enterprise sales within payment processing, with a heavy focus on credit card issuing and revolving credit portfolios.
                          • Industry Relationships: Existing seniorlevel contacts within banks, fintechs, and processors—especially those managing large credit portfolios.
                          • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with extended sales cycles.
                          • Embedded Finance Acumen: Understanding of emerging use cases across blockchain, stablecoins, BNPL, lending, healthcare, and EWA.
                          • Hunter Mentality: Highly proactive, resultsoriented, and comfortable with aggressive outbound sales targets.
                          • Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
