VirtueStaff is looking for a meticulous and creative Photo Editor to join our Auto Part Sales client. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing product images to ensure they are visually appealing and accurately represent the products for online sales and marketing. Your attention to detail and artistic skills will help drive the client’s branding and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Edit, retouch, and enhance product images, ensuring color accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal
• Remove backgrounds and create transparent images for online listings
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure images align with the overall branding strategy
• Manage a consistent style and quality across all product images
• Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility and tracking
• Stay updated with current photo editing trends and techniques to enhance productivity and creativity
• Ensure timely delivery of edited images according to marketing schedules

• Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role, preferably in ecommerce or product photography
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photo editing skills, particularly with product images
  • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Understanding of color correction, image retouching, and compositing techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • Familiarity with automotive products is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with batch processing or automation techniques in photo editing is an advantage
