Software Engineer (Gen AI)

Application Development & Architecture

• Build fullstack applications using modern development practices and AI agent tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Develop scalable REST APIs with authentication, validation, and robust error handling.
• Integrate databases for AI workloads, including vector databases and traditional relational databases

• Collaboration & Continuous Growth

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
  • Document implementations and share knowledge across the team.
  • Engage in handson learning with structured mentorship and project exposure

  • Qualifications

    • 3–4 years of software development experience, including exposure to cloud technologies.
    • Additional 6+ months of handson experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.
    • Proficient in Python andor TypeScript.
    • Strong understanding of REST API development.
    • Basic to intermediate understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
    • Familiarity with Terraform or willingness to learn infrastructure automation.
    • Effective communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
    • High motivation to learn and grow in AI and cloud architecture domains

    • Technical Skills

      • Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
      • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and optimization strategies.
      • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2).
      • Proficiency with development tools including Git, Docker, and modern CICD workflows.
      • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases.
      • Handson experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
      • Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform

      • Bonus points if you...

        • Exposure to telecom or banking industries.
        • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification.
        • Interest in advanced Terraform and cloud architecture training.
        • Academic or professional exposure to machine learning.
