David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading OutsourcingBPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an Russian speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Lisbon.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform

Ensure that the platforms content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users

Review sensitive adervtisement content

Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review

Act according to social media policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Nativefluent in Russian with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Fluent in English (B2)

Previous experience in content moderation will be considered as an advantage

Natural fast learner, developing skills within a short period of time

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to distinguish selfbeliefs from moderated content and policies

Empathic

Motivated and with a positive attitude

Maintain high attention to detail.
