Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Fiberon Decking brand, you will enjoy working with customers of all sizes to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing the relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and construction professionals. With support of the inside sales and marketing team, you will implement promotions, programs, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience within the millwork andor building materials industry engaging with distributors, dealers, lumberyards, andor contractors, be extremely autonomous, and be available to travel overnight monthly.

This remote position is based in Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX area with 25% 30% overnight travel expected. The territory covers Austin, San Antonio, and the Hill Country Area.

Salary: $81,000 $113,000 + sales bonus based on territory performance
