Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Strategic Event Coordinator that focuses on integrating event planning and execution with broader revenuegenerating strategies; to plan, manage, and execute highimpact events—including inperson conferences and virtual webinars—targeting key audiences in the healthcare space. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare tech marketing or sales who thrives on juggling logistics, engaging audiences, and ensuring events and other initiatives contribute to lead generation and measurable business outcomes.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the full lifecycle of event execution, from strategy and planning to lead tracking, ROI analysis, and postevent budget reconciliation. They will also play a key role in crafting eventrelated content, lead generation and social media campaigns. This position works closely with the CMO and CRO on revenue operations, including sales forecasting, territory, ARR and pipeline review.


Responsibilities


Strategic Alignment for Revenue Operations

  • Align event planning with overall revenue goals, ensuring events support sales and marketing objectives
  • Provide datadriven insights that can be used to optimize sales activities, event planning and execution.

    • Event Planning & Execution

      • Plan, coordinate, and execute a mix of virtual webinars and inperson conferences, including booth logistics, speaker support, event collateral, registration, swag and onsite management.
      • Maintain a detailed event calendar and project timelines.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact with event venues, vendors, and technology platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
      • Develop event agendas and coordinate internal and external speakers, including customers or other industry leaders.
      • Coordinate speakers and content for panel discussions (virtual or inperson events)

        • Lead Management & ROI Tracking

          • Develop and implement strategies for capturing, nurturing, and qualifying leads generated at events, working closely with sales and marketing teams
          • Work with marketing and sales to define event goals and lead generation KPIs.
          • Ensure accurate lead capture, enrichment, and CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
          • Track and report on event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, conversions).
          • Work closely with key stakeholders on event messaging and strategy.
          • Analyze and report ROI per event with clear recommendations for future initiatives.

            • Content & Social Media Support

              • Work with Director of Growth on development of compelling social media campaigns that drive brand awareness
              • Create promotional content for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media platforms before, during, and after events.
              • Draft and schedule eventrelated posts across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
              • Collaborate with other marketing team members to produce highquality event materials.

                • Budgeting & Reconciliation

                  • Prepare and manage event budgets, including expense tracking and invoice reconciliation.
                  • Work with CMO to ensure accurate and timely budget reporting.
                  • Optimize spend across events to maximize reach and ROI.

                    • Requirements

                      Required:

                      • 3+ years of experience coordinating B2B events, including webinars and inperson conferences.
                      • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
                      • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
                      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
                      • Comfortable using webinar platforms and social media scheduling tools.
                        • Preferred:

                          • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
                          • Prior experience in the healthcare technology sector (strongly preferred).
                          • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
                          • Background in physical therapy or other healthcare sector, digital marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
