At Commuty, we help companies improve how their employees commute and park — tackling one of today’s real-world problems: mobility. Our platform is used by top players like the European Commission, AG Insurance, and Engie, and we’re growing fast.

To keep things smooth for our customers, we’re looking for a Technical Support & Integration Engineer who’s ready to own customer onboarding and handle complex support cases with confidence and a smile.

 

🛠️ What you’ll do

  • Lead technical onboarding projects for new B2B customers
  • Configure SSO, access control systems, and integrations
  • Act as project manager with both internal and client teams
  • Translate customer needs into actionable technical steps
  • Provide technical support after go-live
  • Handle data imports/exports, backups, and migrations using scripts
  • Troubleshoot issues, read logs, work with APIs
  • Work with devs to escalate and resolve bugs
  • Keep documentation clear and helpful
  • Proactively improve support and onboarding processes
  • Spot and fix recurring issues
  • Help improve internal tools and client experience

🧰 What you’ll work with

  • Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Angular, Java (Quarkus), Ionic
  • Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Tools: Postman, Slack, GitLab, ...
  • You don’t need to code full-time, but you should feel at home editing scripts, handling JSON, and making API calls.
