5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech., Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving business problems using data., Experience with sales forecasting, territory design, and GTM performance management., Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, or similar, and familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like MEDDICC..

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize sales processes, forecasting, and territory models for the EMEA region.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive regional focus and execution using data and operational rigor.
  • Build scalable operating cadences such as QBRs and pipeline reviews to create visibility and momentum.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and customer success teams to align GTM strategies.
