Job description

Company Overview:
Our client is hiring a Customer Support & Appointment Coordinator based in Brazil to serve as the friendly, professional point of contact for our customers. You’ll manage communication between customers, the design team, and the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, responsive, and fluent in English and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with qualified leads and guide them through the design and sales process
  • Coordinate with the designer to send initial concepts and manage revisions
  • Send templated messages to customers and handle followups
  • Schedule sales appointments and update internal calendars
  • Handle any postinstallation maintenance requests
  • Keep customer records updated in our CRM system
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
      • Prior experience in customer support, appointment setting, or coordination
      • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
      • Techsavvy with CRMs, email, and scheduling tools
      • Available fulltime during EST business hours
        • Benefits

          • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any clientrelated matters independently.
          • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
          • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
            • Salary : $900$1200month

              Timezone: EST
