This role will focus on the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of workload automation tools in an enterprise z/OS environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of IBM mainframe systems and demonstrate proven experience managing workload automation tools in a mission-critical setting.

\r\n\tManage and support batch scheduling environments for enterprise workloads.

\r\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to job failures, performance, and system integration.
\r\n\tDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
\r\n\tParticipate in system audits, DR exercises, and change control processes.
\r\n\tMonitor system performance and recommend improvements to scheduling strategies and tools.
\r\n\tEnsure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and security best practices.

\r\n\t5+ years of hands-on experience with z/OS mainframe systems.
\r\n\tProven experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS/TWS) installation and administration.
\r\n\tStrong knowledge of JCL, RACF, and IBM mainframe utilities.
\r\n\tFamiliarity with SMPE (System Modification Program/Extended) for applying maintenance.
\r\n\tExperience integrating IWS with other enterprise tools and platforms.
\r\n\tAbility to perform root cause analysis and problem resolution in a production environment.
\r\n\tExcellent communication and documentation skills.
\r\n\tExperience with other scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M) is a plus.
\r\n\tFamiliarity with z/OSMF, REXX, or Automation Frameworks.
