We’re building a fast, confident, experimentdriven team—and we’re looking for a site experience, CRO, and UX powerhouse who can deliver breakthrough performance gains and scale our bestinclass DTC experience across international markets.

The Role

This is a highimpact, senior leadership role purely focused on building and optimizing the highestperforming DTC shopping experiences in the category—and making them work globally. You will not own the full eCommerce P&L—your mission is singular: turn more of our traffic into highvalue, loyal customers worldwide by relentlessly improving conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor (RPV).

We want a website monster who can:

  • Ruthlessly optimize core funnels with constant iteration.
  • Take big swings on new landing page designs, offer strategies, and conversion frameworks.
  • Deliver premiumfeeling, highconverting experiences tailored for each market we enter.
  • Build the technical and UX foundation to scale internationally without sacrificing performance.
    • What You’ll Own

      Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap

      • Own the digital product vision and site performance roadmap, tied directly to revenue and contribution margin goals.
      • Lead a highvelocity testing program that mixes rapid optimization of existing funnels with bold experiments in new designs, flows, and offers.
      • Architect and scale a globalready DTC experience, accounting for marketspecific pricing, currencies, compliance, and shipping.
        • Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation

          • Run continuous testing across multiple funnels, delivering both incremental wins and breakthrough lifts.
          • Translate analytics, heatmaps, and VOC insights into hypotheses, test briefs, and rapid iterations.
          • Partner with paid, retention, and creative teams to ensure site experiences amplify acquisition efforts in every market.
            • UXUI Excellence & Offer Framing

              • Lead designers to create visually premium, conversionfocused interfaces.
              • Integrate strategic copy, offer positioning, and persuasion into every page—from landers to checkout.
              • Maintain a consistent, hightrust visual language while adapting to cultural nuances in global markets.
                • International Scale & Technical Infrastructure

                  • Own the Shopify Plus & Shopify Markets setup, ensuring fast, compliant, and localized experiences.
                  • Oversee currency, language, tax, and regulatory adaptations while keeping the experience frictionless.
                  • Manage app integrations, personalization tools, and subscription logic that work across regions.
                  • Ensure our global infrastructure can handle highvolume traffic without performance loss.
                    • Requirements

                      • 7–10+ years in DTC eCommerce site optimization, with proven lifts in CVR, AOV, and RPV.
                      • Experience leading CRO, UXUI, and digital product teams inhouse at highgrowth consumer brands.
                      • Deep Shopify Plus expertise, with handson experience using Shopify Markets to scale internationally.
                      • Proven success launching localized, highperforming sites in multiple countries.
                      • Expert in funnel strategy, offer testing, and landing page optimization.
                      • Strong grasp of persuasive design, customer psychology, and performance copy principles.
                      • Highvelocity, dataled testing mindset—capable of moving from insight to live test in days, not weeks.
