About the job

We’re looking for a handson, strategic VP of Marketing to drive the next stage of our growth toward our North Star: serving 50% of the Fortune 500.

As VP of Marketing, you’ll own the endtoend marketing engine; spanning product marketing, demand generation, ABM, brand, and website strategy with a sharp focus on North American enterprise accounts. You’ll be part of the commercial leadership team, expected to both set strategy and execute quickly, bringing smart ideas to life with speed and precision.

This role is ideal for someone excited to build while doing. You’ll be joining a lean but highperforming marketing team and actively contribute to campaigns & programs,not just direct them.

Key responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Define and implement a clear, actionable marketing strategy aligned to company goals and OKRs, focusing on results and measurable impact.
  • Drive North Americafocused demand gen and ABM, working closely with Sales to convert enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the website strategy and SEO performance to drive visibility and conversion, especially in AIenhanced search environments.
  • Execute highimpact field marketing and events to break into new regions and deepen enterprise engagement.
  • Leverage AIdriven insights and tools to continuously optimize marketing workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance targeting precision.
    • Product Marketing & Brand

      • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of enterprise buyer needs.
      • Build a strong, consistent brand presence that supports both shortterm pipeline and longterm market leadership.
      • Support the expansion of existing accounts through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
        • Team Leadership

          • Lead and grow a small, agile marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, speed, and results.
          • Implement metricsdriven processes and reporting to track marketing effectiveness and ROI
            • CrossFunctional Impact
              • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the funnel.
              • Champion the voice of the customer, using insights to shape campaigns, content, and gotomarket approaches.
                • About you
                  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with proven success in targeting North American enterprise buyers.
                  • Deep expertise in demand gen, ABM, and product marketing, with a strong sense of brand strategy.
                  • Experience leading marketing through scaling from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR in a fastmoving environment.
                  • Strong execution mindset and able to go from strategy to campaign launch in days, not months.
                  • Experience implementing and experimenting with AI tools across the marketing stack — from SEO and personalization to content generation and campaign analytics.
                  • Confident working with lean teams; you thrive in rollupyoursleeves environments.
                  • Datadriven decision maker with a testandlearn mindset.
                  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
                  • Based in one of our preferred states: Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Texas.
