Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing implementation roles such as Solutions Engineering or Revenue Operations., Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus., Technical skills in SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot., Strong understanding of sales workflows and ability to translate business processes into deployment plans..
Key responsibilities:
Deploy and configure AI Revenue Agents in customer environments to achieve measurable outcomes.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand and map GTM workflows for AI integration.
Customize AI behavior using prompts, data integrations, and system configurations to fit customer needs.
Provide feedback to product teams and support customer training and change management.
