The Role

We are seeking a University Recruiter to help us build the next generation of industryleading professionals at Veeva. You will work with the Director of Generation Veeva, our University Recruitment Manager for Europe, and our Consulting organization to build our talent attraction strategy, coordinate university recruiting events, identify top university graduates, and interview candidates. You will represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to source, connect, and build our employer brand across universities and student organizations. You will be responsible for presenting content for events and facilitating the followthrough with candidates.
This is a “Work Anywhere” position, but you must be located in or near Barcelona, Spain, and available to travel to universities as needed. We are unable to sponsor visa processes for this position.

What Youll Do
  • Locate and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities across Spain
  • Manage a consistent sourcing and marketing strategy for the market
  • Identify opportunities to increase hiring and evolve recruitment strategies
  • Represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to build our brand in universities across Europe, with a specific focus on Spain, and promote our Development Program
  • Develop longterm engagement programs with universities and student organizations
  • Coordinate and facilitate oncampus recruiting events and other talent attraction initiatives
  • Create and deliver inperson and virtual presentationswebinars to educate potential candidates on the career opportunities at Veeva
  • Facilitate followthrough with candidates, leaders, and Hiring Managers
  • Build strong connections with Veeva business leaders and stakeholders

  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in universityearly talent recruitment or endtoend recruitment
  • Minimum a B.S. or B.A. degree
  • Based in Barcelona, Spain
  • Nativelevel Spanish and strong professional English language skills
  • Proven ability to authentically build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Persistent, gogetter mindset
  • Ability for structured thinking and prioritization
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Candidates must be eligible for employment in Europe
  • Ability to travel across Europe up to 50% during peak recruiting season (34 months of the year)
