Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics, preferably in an advertising or client environment., Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a management role., Strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and data modeling using SQL, dbt, and cloud platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift., Experience working with marketing, sales, or digital media data, and familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics..

We are looking for a Director of Data Engineering & Business Intelligence to lead our data platform and analytics innovation efforts. In this role, you will oversee a team of data engineers and work crossfunctionally to design and deliver reliable, scalable, and automated data infrastructure. This infrastructure powers reporting, analytics, and strategic decisionmaking across our business and our clients businesses. You will help expand the capabilities of our reporting ecosystem by introducing new data sources, building modern reporting interfaces, and spearheading innovation in conversational analytics and realtime data delivery.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $140,000 $175,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
