Position Title: Collections Agent
Work Setup: Work On Site Work From Home
Schedule: 8am to 6pm Central Time ( end of month, half day Saturday requirement)
Salary: Php 30,000 (23 years experience) Php 40,00050000 ( 5 years and above experience)

We are seeking resultsoriented and resilient Collections Agents to join a growing thirdparty collection agency through Boomering. As the agency scales operations, we are looking for professionals who are driven, persuasive, and committed to achieving financial recovery targets. The right candidates will have experience in consumer debt collection and a proven ability to work US hours while delivering consistent performance.

As a Collections Agent: You will be responsible for collecting on thirdparty consumer debts, including personal loans and aged receivables. The portfolio may include accounts aged from 60 days to over 7 years. You are expected to take ownership of your portfolio, make strategic calls, and adapt collection tactics based on account status and client expectations. Your Responsibilities as a Collections Agent would be:
• Initiate outbound calls to delinquent account holders in accordance with compliance and legal standards
• Handle a variety of consumer debt types, including instat and outofstat debt
• Use BEAM software (preferred) and proprietary systems to track and manage collection activity
• Manage a portfolio that aligns with your strengths and maximize recovery results
• Follow a structured training program: 1 day of full system training, followed by live monitored collection calls for up to a week
• Participate in realtime feedback sessions and continuous performance monitoring
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets
• Collaborate with the team while maintaining healthy competition to drive results
• Be available to work US Central Time (8 AM to 6 PM CST), Monday to Friday, and halfday Saturdays at monthend as needed
Qualifications as a Collections Agent:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in debt collection (junior to 5+ years accepted depending on skill and performance)
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with BEAM software or similar debt collection platforms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with thirdparty consumer debt, loan collections, and various debt aging cycles
• Ability to work independently while being responsive to team feedback and coaching
• Willingness to work in a competitive, resultsdriven environment
• Must be amenable to work during US business hours (Central Standard Time)
