What will you be doing?

Load Sourcing & Booking:
Find and secure quality freight for owner-operators by sourcing loads through load boards, broker networks, and direct contacts. Negotiate competitive rates and terms that align with driver needs and company goals.
Driver Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated group of drivers. Understand their preferences, communicate proactively, and build trust to increase satisfaction and long-term retention.
Route Planning & Scheduling:
Strategically plan weekly routes that balance driver home time, revenue targets, and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations to maximize efficiency and earnings.
Rate Negotiation:
Negotiate with brokers and shippers to secure the best possible rates while maintaining profitability and service expectations.
Capacity Management:
Match available drivers with suitable freight opportunities based on availability, location, and performance metrics.
