About the Role

We’re seeking a Visual Designer - Motion & Brand Focus to join our marketing team on a contract basis. This is a full-time, remote role for a talented, detail-oriented motion and graphic designer who brings both creativity and technical skill to their work.

You’ll collaborate with our Senior Visual Designer and cross-functional partners to concept, design, and animate compelling visual assets that span the customer journey—from feature explainer videos and email GIFs to performance marketing ads and branded product launches.

What You’ll Do

• Design & animate product feature videos for both promotional and educational use
• Create branded GIFs and animations for marketing emails
• Design and develop marketing emails, applying brand and UX best practices
• Support product launches by collaborating on visual concepts and marketing campaigns
• Design performance marketing ads, including PMAX video campaigns
• Create brand-aligned assets for our Pros, helping them elevate their own client communications
• Build pages in Webflow (a plus, not a requirement)

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years experience in graphic design with a focus on motion and brand
• Strong skills in After Effects, GIF creation, and Figma
  
• Demonstrated experience in brand design and storytelling through motion
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high visual standards

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building in Webflow
  
• Familiarity with marketing email platforms and HTML/CSS (bonus)
