Solutions Consultant (US based, Remote)

GTreasury is seeking a highly organized and resultsdriven Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation of our SaaSbased treasury and risk management solutions for clients, while also contributing to internal strategic projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and crossfunctional coordination within a FinTech environment.

    • What You Will Do:


      • Lead endtoend delivery of client implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and configuration phases.
      • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Compliance) to ensure seamless delivery.
      • Manage internal strategic initiatives, including process improvement and crossdepartmental projects.
      • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports to communicate to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and project teams.
      • Raising and monitoring issues and conflicts, removing barriers, resolving minor project issues, and escalating to leadership when required
      • Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure timely issue resolution.
      • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and client experience.
      • Setting up appropriate governance and oversight of assigned projects
      • Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation

        • Specific Experience for the Role:

          • 5+ years of clientfacing experience in a project management role, preferably at a SaaS provider in B2B software
          • Experience in building senior relationships internally and externally
          • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
          • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Kantata, Jira, Smartsheet)
          • Strong experience with financial software products
          • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time, with remote resources potentially
          • Strong, proven technical skills
          • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
          • Education Requirements
          • Bachelor’s degree required, business or ITrelated degree preferred
          • PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred. If not currently certified, candidates must be willing and able to obtain one of these certifications within six months of hire as a condition of continued employment.

                      • Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $95,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
