    • What is this position about?

      As a Campaign Optimization Analyst, youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to design and execute datadriven marketing campaigns. You’ll use your strong SQL skills and understanding of audience management to create and optimize segmentation strategies. Your work will involve querying large relational databases, building campaign workflows, and monitoring performance to ensure effectiveness. While a deep knowledge of Python isnt required, familiarity with it will be helpful for light automation or data processing. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail to deliver impactful and scalable campaign solutions.

      Job Description

      • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using structured audience data.
      • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases, including experience with SISS packages for ETL processes and familiarity with Visual Studio for debugging and workflow enhancements.
      • Manage endtoend campaign workflows, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and timely delivery.
      • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization strategies through data analysis and testing.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
      • Document campaign logic, data flows, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
      • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across campaign operations.
      • Take ownership of tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision in a fastpaced environment.
        • Qualifications
          • Strong SQL skills and handson experience with relational database systems.
          • Experience working with SISS packages for data integration and ETL.
          • Proficiency with Visual Studio for workflow development and troubleshooting.
          • Solid understanding of audience management and campaign execution processes.
          • Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
          • Basic knowledge of Python or openness to learning for automation tasks.
          • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver highquality outputs.
          • Strong analytical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
          • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical teams.
          • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
