Hybrid, working onsite at our Santa Clara, Ca Headquarters 3 days per week.

The role: Senior Director, AI Server Platforms & Rackscale Solutions Engineering

What you will do:

dMatrix is looking for a Hardware Platform Engineering leader to develop worldclass products around dMatrix inference accelerators. In this role you will be engaged with key customers and internal teams, and other key internal and external stakeholders to drive overall system solutions. This requires technically analyzing, defining outsidein usage cases, and use broad spectrum of technologies to drive a AI server and rackscale solutions to deliver the best customer experiences with dMatrix inference accelerators.

  • Work closely with Datacenter, OEM and ODM customers at early stage of product concept and planning phase, to enable the server, rack and cluster designdevelopment with partners and industrial ecosystem.

  • Work closely with team members across engineering, product and OEMSI partners to qualify, validate and optimize server, rack and cluster solutions

  • Contribute to the future generations of products and solutions with inputs on system architecture and technology through the early engagement with customers and industry ecosystem partners.

    • What you will bring:

      • 15 + Years of Industry Experience and Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with extensive experience.

      • 5+ years of AI Server experience by working on multiple projects from development, design including memory, IO, power delivery, power management, boot process, FW and BMChardware management through bringup and validation and supported through the release to production.

      • 5+ years of experience in a customerfacing role interfacing with OEMs, ODMs and CSPs.

      • Deep understanding of datacenter AI hardware infrastructure requirements and GPU serverrackcluster level solutions

      • Detailed understanding of server industry standard busses, such as DDR, PCIe, and other highspeed IO protocol is required.

      • Ability to work seamlessly across engineering disciplines and geographies to deliver excellent results.
