Technical Project Manager Pharma Media

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced, selfmotivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical advertising, who has experience with Veeva PromoMats and leading SEO projects. The ideal candidate will excel in leading crossfunctional and crossagency teams, driving complex initiatives to completion, and is comfortable in a highgrowth environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage complex SEO project plans from inception to delivery

• Coordinate across partner agencies to ensure best practices are followed

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SEO initiatives

• Coordinate resources across various departments to ensure project objectives are met

• Identify and mitigate risks specific to data projects, resolving issues proactively

• Establish and enforce project management processes across departments for SEO workflows

• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to all internal and external stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

• Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO; 2+ years in a project or team management role

  • Must have experience submitting creative andor SEO jobs in Veeva PromoMats

  • Experience with a media agency or involvement in digital advertising campaigns is highly valued

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Experience working on an Agile team using a structured Software Development Lifecycle

  • Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana

  • PMP certification is a plus
