Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, public policy, or related fields., Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and government reporting., Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, funding agreements, and regulatory requirements., Strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting governance and compliance processes..

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic plans into operational work frameworks and ensure accountability.
  • Support engagement with external stakeholders, including funders and survivors.
  • Coordinate organisation-wide reporting on strategic priorities, KPIs, and impact.
  • Manage internal planning cycles, performance reviews, and strategic alignment activities.
