We are a fastgrowing consulting firm specializing in ServiceNow advisory, implementation, AIpowered workflow automation, and managed services. We partner with enterprise clients to transform their digital operations in ways that create measurable impact for their people, customers, and business outcomes — across ITSM, HR, Customer Service, and other critical workflows — using the combined power of the ServiceNow platform and intelligent automation.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow & AI Sales Manager who combines strategic sales expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed. You will drive revenue growth, build trusted relationships, and expand our presence in the ServiceNow ecosystem by ensuring that every engagement delivers intentional, lasting value. You will also play a key role in helping clients leverage AI capabilities to accelerate productivity, decisionmaking, and service delivery.
What you will do:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the gotomarket strategy for ServiceNow and AIenabled services, ensuring alignment with company goals and client success objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries and geographies, with a focus on embedding AI into workflow transformations.
Build, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified ServiceNow and AI consulting opportunities, focusing on longterm partnerships, not just transactions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Engage with seniorlevel stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, IT Directors) to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and desired business impact.
Lead discovery conversations that explore both workflow transformation and AI adoption strategies, partnering with solution architects to cocreate approaches that solve the right problems.
Maintain relationships beyond the sale, ensuring client feedback loops drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Partner Collaboration
Work closely with ServiceNow Account Executives, Alliances teams, and AI technology partners to cosell and develop joint gotomarket initiatives that deliver mutual value for clients.
Stay informed on the ServiceNow roadmap, AI product advancements (including ServiceNow’s Now Assist), and emerging AI industry trends, translating updates into clear, relevant benefits for customers.
Proposal & Deal Management
Lead the proposal and RFPRFI process, ensuring each response reflects client priorities, AI opportunities, and tangible value.
Negotiate pricing, SOWs, and contracts with transparency, fostering trust and fairness.
Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery, setting the stage for a positive and measurable customer experience.
Team & Leadership
Mentor junior sales staff and SDRs, modeling customerfirst thinking, consultative selling, and AI literacy.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and leadgeneration initiatives that reflect our authentic care for customer outcomes and AIdriven innovation.
Report pipeline progress, forecasts, and key metrics to leadership with insight and recommendations for improvement.

Familiarity with AI applications in enterprise environments — including natural language processing, predictive analytics, generative AI, and workflow automation.
Experience working with or within ServiceNow partner networks and cosell motions.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to connect business value to both technical and AI capabilities.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage across both technical and business stakeholders.
Prior experience at a ServiceNow Elite or Premier partner.
Technical understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
