Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions within our case management system.
  • Provide guidance to clients on product functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and formulate effective solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of customer support resources and documentation.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of product changes and updates to stay current.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian and a strong command of English.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to engage with clients positively.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while still being a team player.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
