About This Role:

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, while also being a resource and providing an overview of service delivery.

Requirements
  • 4-year degree preferred with at least 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus.
  • Maintain excellent communication with families, counties, and state agencies.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.
  • Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook.
Salary Description
$23.50 - $24.50
