Why this Role Matters:

Medicare Sales Conversion Specialist is a licensed senior sales representative experienced with Inbound and Outbound call campaigns. This role will manage high volume of daily Inbound and Outbound (100 – 200 per day) sales calls supporting prospects to make the right health plan choice.   Handling these calls includes creating a rapport with prospects, conducting a full needs analysis based on current doctors and medications, and compliantly capturing and completing enrollment.

How you'll Contribute: 

  • Manage high volume daily Inbound and Outbound (100 – 200 per day) sales calls supporting prospects to make the right health plan choice. 
  • Provide excellent consumer experience for all callers and be passionate about helping the senior community
  • Effectively serving as a senior sales representative, leveraging their experience to engage with prospects and move them compliantly through the MAPD enrollment process following the best practices and guidelines established by Sales management.
  • Ensuring the highest degree of Compliance consciousness throughout, conducting the members’ needs analysis, guiding them through Medicare Advantage plans offerings to policy selection and enrollment as appropriate
  • Consistently successful in strengthening customer focus, and improving sales yield; collaborate with Supervisor and QA department to identify client success training areas of improvement, while creating and implementing solutions 
  • Assist Member Engagement team in maintaining a strong relationship and increasing retention rates
  • Ensuring that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Keep informed and adhere to current CMS Marketing guidelines 
  • Success for this individual is defined by the conversion performance, compliance focus and retention rates of members they enroll
  • Consistent Inbound call handling, high ready on call %, Outbound dialing in conjunction with always leaving a voice message, dispositioning call correctly, rapidly responding to callbacks, serving as an infectiously positive team member celebrating other success 
  • Within 30 days consistently averaging 1-2 conversion sales per day; 100% HRA completion
  • Maintaining a servant leadership mindset and attitude, the importance of high service and support to prospects and new members who are making a key life decision
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the virtual sales floor, raising opportunities for improvement to management in support of the team.

What we are Looking for: 

  • 3 years of experience with the Senior population with a Health System, Carrier, or related
  • 1+ years of experience in MAPD Inbound and Outbound enrollment Campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Medicare products and services including MAPD and CSNP plans
  • Excellent working knowledge of systems used in telephonic enrollments (e.g. MARx , WiPro, ChangeHealthcare, Sunfire)
  • Knowledge or experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to forty pounds 
  • License/Certification:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Accident and Health Licensing as required by prospective states (Required)

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $70,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related skills, and experience.
