Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Quality Assurance Analyst located in Argentina to help ensure the quality and performance of our salesforce project implementation work our teams produce. You’ll work across our customers to validate business workflows, test functionality, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and execute test plans for business processes within Salesforce
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce workflows and internal tools
• Collaborate with product managers, Salesforce engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality outcomes
• Validate cross-functional processes, including large-scale feature releases and business-critical changes
• Define and document edge case scenarios, QA test criteria, and pain points
• Test across the stack (front-end, back-end, integrations) for data accuracy, UI alignment, and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, including promoting test automation and documentation standards
• Leverage knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Contact Center features, Reports, Dashboards, and general CRM workflows
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce-based business processes
• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with a focus on business workflows
• Strong understanding of regression testing, test case development, and validation methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across remote and cross-functional teams
• A mindset for continuous improvement, customer empathy, and business impact
• Passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail
• Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):  
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and other platform

     

Salary + Benefits & Perks

• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 USD Monthly
• Work remotely, no commuting to the office
