Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking users through email, chat, and phone.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, platform features, and subscription details.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tackle complex issues as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about platform updates and support techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, although motivated candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with streaming services or related technologies is advantageous.

  • Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
