Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong interest in technology with the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
