Key Responsibilities:
● Build and manage strong relationships with developers/builders;
secure premium and exclusive inventory mandates.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, resolving operational
issues and coordinating with corporate on processes and support
needs.
● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all agent transactions within
the territory.
● Support agents in recruiting and developing their downline teams to
accelerate local growth.
● Mentor agents in the use of technology, social media, and marketing
tools to build their personal brands and increase visibility.
