As an Area Supervisor, you will oversee field operations by recruiting and mentoring clinical staff, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also work 2β3 clinical shifts per week to stay directly connected with your team and the facilities you support. This allows you to lead by example while maintaining a strong understanding of day-to-day facility needs and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, mentor, and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in the field
Serve as a clinical leader and point of contact for assigned facilities
Work 2β3 on-site facility shifts weekly to maintain visibility and hands-on engagement
Implement QIO-aligned quality care initiatives with clients
Understand and navigate reimbursement models and care metrics
Provide orientation and expectations for new field staff
Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance check-ins
Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused culture
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in healthcare staffing, nursing management, or clinical training is preferred
Ability to work independently while building strong staff and client relationships
Passion for quality care and continuous improvement
