RxSense is seeking a strategic, market-facing leader to serve as our Director, Consultant Relations and Growth Strategy . This highly collaborative role will focus on engaging key external influencers (including drug benefit consultants, healthcare consultants and brokers), shaping RxSense’s competitive positioning, and aligning Sales and Marketing around a clear, differentiated value story.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales acumen, market insight, and deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmacy benefits landscape. This role is critical in ensuring RxSense is visible, well-understood, and favorably positioned in key markets—and in helping Sales convert that perception into growth.
Salary Range: 130,000 - 150,000
