We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to remotely join our client's dynamic team in Romania, a well-established world stock trade company. Office based in Makati, you'll be the frontline hero, ensuring customers receive the support they need, all while working in a flexible environment that balances on-site and remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve customer concerns and refine service processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a customer support role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one other language: Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or exposure to the stock trading world is a MUST HAVE.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using customer service software and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
