Job description

Looking for a QA/Documentation coop student for 2025 fall term. The help is needed in assisting with quality assurance processes, helping to build end-to-end use cases, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of regression test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Reading and analyzing testing and project documentation.
Finding gaps in User Guides, communicating clearly on imperfections found.
Working with two dev and QA teams, learning both teams’ objectives and deliverables.
Paying special attention to business processes, assist in creating test documentation.
Building end-to-end regression test scenarios covering main use cases
Executing test runs, capturing test results.
Reporting issues and findings in clear manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Great communication skills
Good reading and writing skills
Knowledge of basic office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools is an asset
