Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative / Regulatory Affairs intern for a duration of 12 months (with possible extension), starting in September 2025.

The intern will report to the Sales Manager Neuromodulation France and work closely with the Product Manager (Field Marketing) and the Executive Assistant. Training will be provided by both of them.

Main Tasks:
  • Assist in preparing regulatory dossiers involving healthcare professionals.
  • Submit and follow up on applications with competent authorities (e.g., French National Medical Council, Nursing Council, etc.).
  • Manage obligations related to the Sunshine Act (transparency of relationships).
  • Perform administrative tasks related to regulatory and commercial activities.
  • Provide occasional support to the Neuromodulation sales team on regulatory and organizational topics.
Profile:
  • If possible, enrolled in a program in medical device regulation, healthcare, or health law.
  • Rigorous, well-organized, autonomous, and discreet.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Interested in the medical and regulatory field.
  • Preferably based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
  • Available for occasional travel.

This position is primarily remote based, with occasional travel required.
