About the Role
We’re searching for a fairness-first thinker and accredited coach to architect our approach to talent and coaching. You’ll support our cultural transformation through ‘Raising the bar for Leadership’ by leading one of the sub-streams, focused on Insights & Impact embedding bias-free talent practices, succession frameworks and coaching experiences that enable potential and build trust. This role calls for someone who balances empathy with rigour — shaping systems that are fair, human and future-ready. You’ll bring practical talent development experience, coaching expertise, a deep understanding of career mapping, and an ability to connect learning, talent development and coaching strategies to evolving business needs.
