  • Collaborate with external event sponsors and internal executives to ensure goals and expectations are met.
Marketing & Promotion

    • Email, social media, paid media, and partner channels.
  • Develop and manage all supporting materials: invitations, signage, flyers, agendas, and presentations.
  • Own event registration platforms (e.g., Splash), RSVP workflows, and attendee communication.
Email Management & Marketing Automation
  • Build and manage event pages, automated confirmation flows, and reminders in Splash.
  • Execute email communications related to events in Pardot, including pre- and post-event marketing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align messaging, drive engagement, and optimize delivery cadence.
  • Track performance metrics (open/click rates, bounce, registration conversions) and report results.
On-Site Event Management
  • Oversee day-of execution for live events, managing staff, volunteers, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure setup, branding, signage, and flow meet brand standards.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain a seamless experience for attendees.

  • Track event KPIs (attendance, leads generated, engagement, ROI).
  • Manage post-event follow-up activities including thank-you emails, surveys, and nurture sequences.
