Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology team, the Senior Territory Managerwill support a positive customer experience by directly selling products and services to offices and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory. The Senior Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota.
About the Role:
Ability to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals in offices and hospitals, to include physicians, nurses, laboratory managers, and ancillary department clinicians with a focus on sales growth.
Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrate proficiency with all product portfolio devices, indications for use and procedures.
Ability to demonstrate the effective use of all available sales tools and materials, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinician selling experience in a hospital environment highly preferred.
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
