Job description

This job is perfect for someone who loves administrative work and thrives on getting the details right. The work you do in this role is essential to the success of our company.

We are a financial services company dedicated to serving U.S.-based medical doctors and their families. Our goal is to provide financial clarity and confidence through time-saving, integrated services. Services include financial advising, wealth management, insurance, accounting, legal services and student loan management. This role works within the wealth management service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening Accounts: Manage the end-to-end process of opening new client accounts with our custodian, Schwab Financial.
  • Money Movements: Facilitate and monitor the transfer of funds in and out of client accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to client accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Information Management: Ensure all relevant client and account information is accurately entered into company systems to support effective collaboration across teams.
  • Process Management: Manage procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Experience is not required, but it will be recognized and compensated accordingly.
