As National Account Field Support, you’ll be a critical connector between our customer team, sales field, and retail partners - Kroger, ACI, and Target. You’ll drive strategic planning, flawless execution, and alignment across all levels, ensuring our snacks dominate the shelf.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal communications to Distributors Leadership for accounts 
• Drive retailer shelf health initiatives with urgency across divisions supporting Kroger, Albertsons Safeway and Target.
• Validate field orders and support flawless execution of key priorities supporting Kroger, Albertsons Safeway and Target.
• Build strong, productive relationships with customer teams at various levels.
• Support Customer Managers in crafting impactful division level sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Leadership & Planning to identify business trends, execution gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Shopper Marketing to plan and activate sponsorships, events, and in-store activations.
• Coordinate internal business reviews, cross-functional meetings, and field visits with precision.
• Champion best practices across the sales function to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to influence others, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly detail-oriented with a drive for results.
• Analytical and interpreter of data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Ability to travel up to 50%; Must hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with executive leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent CPG work experience.
