LAdmins is a thriving staffing company dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Recruitment Director to lead our recruitment function and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.


Job Overview:
The Recruitment Director will lead the full recruitment lifecycle and talent strategy across the organization. This is a hands-on role where the Director is expected to work closely with clients to refine job descriptions, provide consultation on role scoping, and ensure clarity in hiring requirements. The successful candidate should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, handling both strategic and operational tasks, and interfacing with both clients and internal teams to drive talent acquisition forward.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO environment
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership
  • 2+ years of experience as a Director of Recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies across varying role levels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience implementing recruitment automation and process improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Leadership
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that support business growth and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define staffing goals and translate them into actionable plans
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize sourcing and selection
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team
  • Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with department heads and hiring managers
Talent Acquisition Excellence
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, technical, and leadership roles
  • Strengthen candidate pipelines through internal referrals, job boards, social media, and external agency partnerships
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
Process Optimization and Technology Integration
  • Overhaul existing recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Introduce automation tools and AI-driven sourcing to reduce time-to-fill
  • Integrate and manage recruitment platforms, ATS, and performance dashboards
Employer Branding
  • Champion LAdmins as an employer of choice in the staffing and BPO sectors
  • Oversee branding initiatives and enhance candidate engagement through digital and in-person channels
  • Support diversity and inclusion goals through thoughtful sourcing and hiring strategies
