How you’ll be impactful:

As a Director of User Acquisition, you will lead and scale our global customer growth. This pivotal role will define, execute, and optimize our UA strategy across all paid channels, directly impacting user base expansion and marketing efficiency for our marketplaces.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and own the global user acquisition strategy, aligning with Budget, ROAS, and new customers' goals, to drive profitable growth.

  • Lead and mentor a UA team of campaign managers, freelancers, and agencies.

  • Fostering collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Retention, CS, and other departments.

  • Performance marketing leadership: Optimize ad spend budgets for all paid acquisition channels across our multi-platform brands, utilizing SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video, and App Install using Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, and more.

  • Establish robust reporting, leverage advanced analytics, tracking, signals, and attribution, to drive data-informed decisions for continuous optimization and practices.

  • Collaborate on compelling ad creatives and messaging, utilizing testing to maximize engagement and conversion.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 8+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of scaling user growth for large B2C online services.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing a UA team of at least three campaign managers.
  • Extensive hands-on significant budget management expertise across diverse paid channels and international targeting.
  • Deep analytical skills: Expert in analytics platforms, attribution, tracking, and data visualization. Proven ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related
    academic discipline. Master's degree preferred.
