If you're a go-getter passionate about making an impact and part of our mission to build a modern financial network for the future, you've come to the right place.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Revenue to lead and align our Sales and Marketing teams under a unified growth strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and scaling both customer acquisition (Banks) and users (Fintechs and Corporate clients). The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading high-performing SaaS sales and marketing teams, deeply understands the metrics that drive ARR, and is energized by cross-functional collaboration. The candidate must be excited to create a “new playbook” and will be tasked with creating an AI foundation for a lean and effective go-to-market motion.

You will:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive new business and upsell opportunities
  • Align Sales and Marketing functions with a unified revenue strategy and shared KPIs
  • Work closely with the executive team to define pricing, packaging, and customer segmentation
  • Lead annual planning and forecasting for sales and marketing
  • Oversee and be an active participant in the full sales cycle: this is a player and coach role
  • Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and incentive structures
  • Build and optimize the sales process using CRM tools, analytics, and automation
  • Be a leader in AI and drive adoption through the organization to improve reach and scalability
  • Lead demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and performance marketing
  • Ensure Marketing is delivering MQLs that convert efficiently to opportunities and closed deals
  • Strengthen the company’s market positioning through customer insights and competitive research
  • Drive data-informed decision-making across sales and marketing
  • Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Get hands-on involved in the largest, most strategic deals, managing executive relationships, and helping the team and bank get the deal over the finish line
  • Build inbound and outbound sales strategies and segmentation approaches to create and nurture opportunities

You may be a good fit for this role if:

  • 7+ years of sales experience (experience managing managers is a requirement); FinTech and Banking preferred
  • You are a seasoned senior leader comfortable scaling the Sales organization further in the coming years
  • Experience building go-to-market strategy and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
  • Your default approach to building and scaling a go-to-market strategy involves leveraging new and innovative techniques and tools
  • Proven ability to hire and onboard account executives and team leaders pursuant to hit revenue goals
  • Ability to support team members to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft go-to-market solutions across multiple products
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with scaling organizations with people, but also with tool and automation-based approaches. Methodologies include Account-Based Marketing, use of sales and marketing enablement tools, inbound/outbound optimization
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, including demand generation, content, brand, product marketing, and performance marketing
  • Comfortable using modern AI-powered marketing tools to accelerate content creation, optimize outreach, and personalize campaigns at scale
  • Experience owning end-to-end marketing funnels, including setting KPIs for lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment and a track record of quickly adapting and pivoting based on market and industry changes
  • Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services

While these are not hard requirements for the job, the best candidates will meet many of these criteria.

We look forward to hearing from you!
