AstroLabs Talent is working with a global fashion eCommerce business targeting the Middle Eastern market, we’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Director to join their team in either Dubai, London or remotely!

What you’ll be doing

Working with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum efficiency and sales performance.
Develop and launch commercial strategies, including online merchandising roadmaps, seasonal strategies, and market penetration strategies across the MENA Market.
Use data and resources to make informed business decisions.
Build and manage your team as it grows.

What you’ll need

Over 10 years of experience in a Merchandising role, with extensive Digital Merchandising and Leadership experience.
Experience and passion for the Retail and Fashion industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
