The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting, analytics, insights, support, and replenishment planning for assigned customers. Requires a self-motivated approach, willingness to adapt and learn, while also possessing strong commitment to team environment dynamics and collaboration across multiple departments under the direction and supervision of more senior members of the teams. The position will utilize both end customer and internal data, analytic capabilities to build dashboards, evaluate performance, manage replenishment needs and provide insight and recommendation to the leadership and sales team to drive actions and grow sales.

• Utilize systems such as retailer vendor portal, SPS or internal data to develop accurate dashboard reporting and provide actionable insights to the leadership and sales team
• Develop and deliver all sales reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc sales reports
• Review demand forecasts and provide analysis and recommendations for adjustments to allocation flow plans to maximize sales and minimize carryover inventory:

              - Maintain replenishment order fill metrics and work with overseas teams

              - Meet customer required metrics and standard as required (i.e. OTIF)

              - Maintain and manage in stock levels and safety stock levels

• Manage timely and accurate communication of key business reports and market data to leadership and sales leads while expanding on what is happening throughout the market (channels, categories, etc.)
• Provide team with fact-based consumer trending insights supporting efforts related to maximizing sales and profit
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and overseas teams to create demand planning, and maintain allocation flow plans and make recommendations on inventory decisions
• Provide ad hoc training and lead formal trainings for business analysts, Business Development, Sales, Marketing etc. to help support their knowledge and understanding of resources and tools
• Develop presentation deck for customers when needed
• Comp shop (Account/Category specific)
• Take lead on communication directly with internal partners to educate and train as a senior member of the team

Competencies: 

• Excellent computer skills are required with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI and Word and ability to report, graph and present complex information
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and clear actionable      recommendations to influence business strategy
• Motivated and curious approach to work, while also possessing strong commitment to team environment dynamics
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement are essential
• Strong organizational skills
• Cross-functional team player (sales, creative services, product development, etc.); ability to respectfully challenge the team to deliver upon customer commitments

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Six to eight years of retail analyst experience in a role that supports sales and ecommerce
• Experience with retailer POS data systems, retailer KPI’s and syndicated data preferred

Travel: Some domestic and international travel will be required.
