Job Description & Summary

  • Flexible work options - work smarter in a way that suits your lifestyle
  • Connecting work, people and purpose to deliver what matters
  • Support us in ‘raising the bar for leadership'

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic doer who turns intent into impact. As Senior Manager, Leadership Strategy, you’ll support our culture transformation, specifically through one of our strategic pillars ‘Raise the bar for Leadership’ (RTBFL). You’ll make connections between RTBFL  and other cultural workstreams, people and priorities. You will also be the lead on one of the sub streams which is all about how recognise, celebrate and invest in our leaders.  You’ll make sure the right resources are focused on the right work, shaping experiences that are meaningful, measurable and aligned to our purpose: to build trust in society and solve important problems.

From cohort management to cross-functional and transition planning, you’ll design delivery rhythms that are sustainable, enable performance, and drive results across the team. If you’re operationally astute, people-smart, and motivated to create clarity where others see complexity — this is your space to lead.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Proven experience in change, leadership, transformation, operations enablement or governance in a P&C function
  • Proven experience in leading cross functional projects and governance
  • Proven experience in team planning, forecasting and deployment
  • Strong project management capability
  • Strong Influencer: Connects across senior leadership, P&C, and culture teams to drive alignment and momentum

In this role, your impact will be seen by:

  • Lead Raise the Bar for Leadership (RTBFL) Recognition Stream: Translate strategic intent into operational reality by owning the end-to-end recognition roadmap
  • Program Integration & Enablement: Align RTBFL with BAU initiatives, creating a connected journey that drives behaviour change and culture outcomes
  • Sequencing & Delivery Management: Oversee cross-functional workstream rhythms, ensuring programs are delivered with impact, efficiency and foresight
  • Cohort & Engagement Oversight: Manage participant cohorts across experiences, facilitating feedback loops to support adoption and continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Mobilisation: Build alignment across OD, Culture, Experience and Operational leaders; influence decision-making and unblock delivery barriers
  • Insight-Driven Enablement: Use reporting, data and feedback to drive decisions and shape future priorities
  • Scalable Change: Deliver experiences that can flex across business units, audiences, and evolving workforce needs
